Module in a very compact version to mount O-rings in smallest dimensions / lot sizes.
Module with integrated two-stage minimal expansion.
Stage I – Pre-expansion of the sealing ring 0.1 – 0.5 mm.
Stage II – The sealing ring will be expand to mounting dimension only a short time.
Due to this technique it is possible to expand the sealing rings to the mounting dimension just before the assembly so that the sealing ring does not lose its own tension.
